bwg merah, bwg putih, cili merah - semua kasi tumbuk

telur

stengah biji peria

udang ikut suke bsr mn

cara-cara:

-tumis bhn2yg ditumbuk smpi garing&naik bau

- pecahkan telur n kacau bg hancur

-masukkan peria n ltk air sket n ttp kuali..bg peria agak lembut..tp jgn smpi lembik, nnt xsedap plk..

-last skali msk udang..n perasakan dgn garam n aji if suke..
